Sales Representative – Field B2B Hospitality Solutions

About the role

FORA Solutions is expanding its sales team and seeks proactive, results‑driven Sales Representatives to promote its end‑to‑end hospitality technology platform across Slovenia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure partnerships with restaurants, high‑volume bars and hotels through door‑to‑door sales, referrals and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and needs assessment to product presentations, proposal preparation and contract signing.
• Present and tailor the complete product portfolio (POS systems, QR Order & Pay, card payment acceptance, reservation systems, digital signage) to each client’s specific needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven field or B2B sales experience, preferably in the HoReCa sector, equipment sales or IT/SaaS hospitality solutions.
• Strong self‑motivation, initiative and a results‑driven attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, building trust without aggressive tactics.
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to work daily in the field.
• Fluency in Slovenian, English and Croatian.
