Senior Go Developer (Authentication & Authorization)

About the role

Intetics Inc., a global technology company offering custom software development, distributed teams, quality assessment and digital solutions, is hiring a Senior/Lead Go Backend Engineer with strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise. The role designs, builds and operates secure, high-performance authentication services, and requires 7+ years of backend experience, including 5+ years with Go.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and operate high-throughput, low-latency identity services: SSO, MFA, session management and federation
• Own features end-to-end, from design through production and support
• Implement and scale OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and JWTs, including secure token issuance, rotation and revocation
• Write clean, concurrent, performant Go backend services with idiomatic, testable code and clear gRPC/HTTP API contracts
• Use DevOps experience to deploy, manage and automate identity infrastructure (CI/CD, monitoring, incident response)
• Serve as subject matter expert: internal security reviews, threat modeling for identity flows and guidance to other teams
• Maintain integrations with identity providers such as Keycloak and AWS Cognito, and mentor engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap

Required profile

• 7+ years of backend engineering, 5+ years with Go, 3-4+ years with authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT and session management in production
• Strong production experience with Go and gRPC, building complex distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC, JWT, token security, session management and cryptography
• Understanding of web security, federated identity, secure coding and OWASP Top 10
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform
• Ability to explain security and architecture trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with SAML, SCIM, PKI, JWKs/JWKS endpoints, KMS/HSM key management and token introspection
• Working knowledge of identity platforms, rate limiting, abuse mitigation and adaptive authentication
