Sales Representative – Surgical Innovations & Endoscopy (Slovenia)

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Innovations and Endoscopy to drive adoption of device therapies, diagnostics and monitoring solutions across Slovenia. You will work closely with physicians, implanting centres and referral networks to position Medtronic as the preferred partner and achieve defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support to physicians and develop strong referral networks.
• Educate physicians on clinical evidence, Medtronic products and therapies to improve patient outcomes.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and report account and market information.
• Lead regional training activities, including peer‑to‑peer sessions and speaker development.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Slovenian, both written and spoken.
• Valid clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Strong account‑management and consultative selling approach.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience in medical devices or surgical operating rooms is preferred.
