About the role

Our partner seeks a driven Sales Representative to expand its presence in the Slovenian market. The role is ideal for a proactive hunter‑type professional who enjoys building new business relationships, identifying market opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers in Slovenia.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate activity records.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

Required profile

• Secondary education diploma or equivalent.
• Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record in new business development.
• Fluent Slovenian (business level) and professional proficiency in English and/or Hungarian.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work from the headquarters in Székesfehérvár during onboarding.
• Independent, proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
