About the role

Prolific is seeking experienced payroll professionals to participate in a series of research surveys. You will work remotely, applying your real‑world payroll knowledge to help evaluate AI models on complex payroll scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multiple online surveys that simulate payroll calculations, compliance, benefits administration, tax withholding, and reporting.
• Provide feedback on the clarity and relevance of survey questions.
• Share professional judgment on realistic payroll scenarios presented in the surveys.

Required profile

• Current involvement in payroll activities within HR, Finance, or Accounting.
• Payroll responsibilities are part of your current role, regardless of job title.
• Familiarity with payroll processes such as calculations, compliance, benefits, tax withholding, and reporting.
• Bonus: experience with payroll software, HRIS systems, or automated payroll workflows.
