Quality Control Inspector – In‑Process & Final Product Testing

About the role

Join Freudenberg Performance Materials Filc as a Quality Control Inspector, responsible for ensuring that in‑process and final products meet strict technical specifications in a dynamic production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual and functional inspections, including tensile strength, flammability, capillary action, air permeability, dimensional stability and colour assessment.
• Prepare, review and archive product samples.
• Complete work orders and monitor production and shipping schedules.
• Classify products, issue certificates and maintain accurate test records.
• Use internal systems to track quality‑control activities and generate reports.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (level V) in a technical field such as textiles, chemistry or civil engineering.
• Strong organisational abilities, systematic approach to tasks and high attention to detail.
• Excellent visual acuity, colour discrimination and fine‑motor skills.
• Proficiency in Slovenian and English, good computer skills (Excel and MS Office), and a category B driving licence.
• Previous experience in quality control or familiarity with production processes is a plus.
