Public Relations Specialist (Hybrid, Ljubljana)

About the role

Agencija Taktik is looking for a full‑time Public Relations Specialist to join its Ljubljana office. The position is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with flexible remote work, and focuses on creating and executing PR strategies for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR plans aligned with client objectives.
• Write press releases, key messages and other communication materials.
• Manage media relations, coordinate interviews, briefings and press events.
• Monitor and analyse media coverage, identifying opportunities for increased visibility across traditional and digital channels.
• Support corporate and crisis communication initiatives, preparing content for events and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent messaging.
• Produce regular reports on PR activities and performance, providing actionable recommendations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative concept development.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in public relations and strategic communications, with experience planning and executing PR campaigns.
• Proficiency in drafting press releases and managing relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and channels.
• Experience in corporate, digital and event‑related PR activities is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyse media coverage and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting in Ljubljana, collaborating both in‑office and remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior agency experience and familiarity with sectors such as finance, healthcare, ICT or public administration are an advantage.
