Marketing Manager – Film Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead film marketing campaigns, working closely with top studios and cinemas to turn releases into must‑see events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead campaign strategy and execution for film releases, collaborating with studios and cinemas.
• Plan, purchase and optimise media across online, social, out‑of‑home and other channels.
• Coordinate with studios on creative assets, messaging and timelines.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and refine strategies.
• Oversee in‑theatre promotions and activations throughout a film’s run.
• Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks to keep campaigns on schedule and budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–3+ years in marketing or publicity, preferably in entertainment or media.
• Proven ability to design data‑driven marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset for both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
• Experience creating content for social platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok.
