PSS Slovenia Manager

About the role

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a PSS Slovenia Manager to lead and coordinate its Professional Scientific Services (PSS) teams. The role ensures high quality, productivity, and morale while meeting and exceeding client expectations through effective operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new scientific service scopes with clients and manage projects to steady‑state operation.
• Organise and supervise PSS teams to maximise efficiency in productivity, quality, documentation, safety and housekeeping.
• Maintain 100% compliance with ethical work standards and quality requirements while reviewing best practices.
• Set, communicate and consistently meet client turn‑around times.
• Build and manage client relationships, establishing clear communication and engagement rules.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Key Account Managers to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Develop, coach and motivate team members and on‑site leaders, fostering morale and low attrition.
• Track staff development and morale, ensuring minimal staff turnover.
• Ensure effective documentation production and review systems are in place.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading scientific or technical service teams.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop on‑site leadership.
• Commitment to high ethical and quality standards.
