Product Marketing Manager - EMEA

About the role

Transoft Solutions, an international developer of specialized software for aviation, civil infrastructure, transportation and operations, is hiring a Product Marketing Manager in Ljubljana (Slovenia). Reporting to the Manager, Product Marketing for the Transportation, Safety & Operations BU, the role drives portfolio growth across EMEA, working with Product Management, Regional Marketing and Sales to turn customer, market and competitive insights into product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies. It is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute EMEA product marketing plans for the Transportation and Safety & Operations BU portfolios
• Lead regional go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and strategic initiatives
• Gather and synthesize customer, market and competitive insights and feed recommendations to Product Management
• Develop product positioning and messaging for EMEA audiences, turning complex technical capabilities into clear customer benefits
• Enable regional sales teams and resellers with messaging, sales tools, training and competitive insights
• Plan and coordinate customer-facing content such as brochures, videos, blogs, webinars and onboarding material
• Manage multiple product marketing initiatives independently, coordinating stakeholders and tracking progress

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related B2B marketing role, ideally in software or a technical industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Eligibility to work in the country of application

Required skills

• Experience developing product positioning, go-to-market planning, launches and marketing programs
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer benefits for technical audiences
• Project management, analytical and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience creating marketing content and sales enablement materials
• Knowledge of transportation, civil engineering or road safety markets, additional languages, or a PMA/PMI product marketing certification are an asset
