Product Manager - Waterproofing Systems

About the role

Stireks d.o.o., a construction materials company serving contractors and individual customers, is hiring a full-time on-site Product Manager for Waterproofing Systems in Kamnik. The role manages the product portfolio of waterproofing materials, including selection, pricing and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the waterproofing product portfolio, covering selection, pricing and lifecycle management
• Coordinate with suppliers and monitor stock levels
• Ensure accurate product information for internal teams and customers
• Provide technical support to sales staff and clients
• Prepare product documentation and contribute to training and promotional activities
• Analyse the market, identify new opportunities and work with management to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in construction materials, ideally in waterproofing systems, and understanding of basic construction processes
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Comfortable working on-site in Kamnik and building positive relationships with suppliers and clients
• Relevant education in construction, engineering, business or a related field is beneficial; previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Required skills

• Skills in product management, such as portfolio coordination, pricing support and product lifecycle follow-up
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
• Standard office and business software (spreadsheets, ERP or inventory systems, email, presentations)
