Product Manager

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast‑growing startup that turns strangers into friends through local meetups worldwide. We are looking for a Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end strategy and delivery of our NiceToMeet, Mingleo and future brands, working from our Ljubljana office.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap and strategy from discovery to launch.
• Translate business goals into clear specifications, user stories and prioritized backlogs.
• Conduct user research and data analysis, turning insights into product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design and marketing to ship high‑impact features.
• Define, track and act on the key performance indicators that matter.
• Drive discovery, validation and experimentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Iterate quickly, test, ship, and repeat.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated product thinking beyond feature lists, with measurable outcomes.
• Strong command of product tools such as Jira, Linear and Notion.
• Solid understanding of product discovery, prioritisation frameworks and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience shipping mobile and web products.
• Self‑starter mindset, fluent English and willingness to work onsite in Ljubljana.
