Operator (f/m/d) – Production Line

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operator (f/m/d) to join our production team at Filc, a Freudenberg Performance Materials company in Škofja Loka, Slovenia. You will work on a needle‑punch nonwoven textile line, ensuring smooth operation and high product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, operate and monitor the production line, including raw‑material preparation, weighing, packaging and storage.
• Control the technological process, monitor product quality and record data in the ERP system.
• Perform minor maintenance on the line, address small dysfunctions, and ensure internal transport of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work environment.

Required profile

• Occupational level education in an electrical, mechanical or related technical field.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with ERP software.
• Valid driving licence.
• Good psychological and physical abilities (depth perception, ability to work at height).
• Accuracy, reliability, team orientation and a strong quality mindset.
