Operations Specialist

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast-growing startup based in Ljubljana that helps turn strangers into friends through local meetups held weekly in cities across the US, UK, Canada and beyond. It is looking for an Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations as the company scales globally. The role suits someone organized, proactive and eager to learn, with no prior experience required. The team works on-site in Ljubljana city centre, is international, and English is the first office language.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational tasks and keep things organized and running smoothly
• Assist with internal processes and basic administrative work
• Help organize dinner events and bookings, and manage participant lists and basic logistics
• Support coordination between customers and venues
• Offer general support to the team in a hands-on role and contribute ideas to improve processes

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Slovenian, written and spoken
• Highly organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and proactive attitude, willing to learn
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Ljubljana or willing to work on-site; no previous experience required
