Onsite IT Support – Field Service in Lendava

About the role

D-ploy is seeking an onsite IT Support professional to provide timely technical assistance to clients in Lendava. The role involves handling hardware, software and network issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network problems.
• Install, configure and maintain computer systems, applications and network equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of service requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Perform routine maintenance, system updates and ensure optimal performance.
• Train clients on hardware and software usage and collaborate with remote support teams on complex issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably field service.
• Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift and carry computer equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of macOS operating systems.
• Understanding of networking protocols.
• Familiarity with common software applications.
