Mid/Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast-growing Slovenian startup that organises local meetups across the US, UK, Canada and beyond. It is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join its small engineering team and take real ownership of the product, working closely with the founders and other engineers. The team is AI-first, uses tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, works primarily from the Ljubljana city centre office, and speaks English.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain core systems supporting 100k+ users, and develop features across web and mobile apps
• Maintain deployment pipelines and staging environments, and help improve system scalability and reliability
• Build internal dashboards for Ops and CX, reservation and capacity systems, and AI agents and automations for support, operations and growth
• Build landing pages, checkout flows and conversion paths, and implement analytics across acquisition, funnel and retention
• Work with the growth team to test and improve user journeys

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English
• 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Experience building web and mobile apps, and with web apps handling significant traffic
• Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Able to work independently, take ownership and thrive in a fast-changing startup environment
• Based in or close to Ljubljana, or willing to relocate; bonus points for previous startup experience and experience working with founders or senior engineers
