Medior Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Stolt Tank Containers is expanding its Ljubljana hub and is looking for a Medior Logistics Coordinator to support the storage and distribution of bulk liquids across its global network. You will work closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth export and import operations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the inland segment of export and import shipments to guarantee timely loading and delivery.
• Track movements, update reservation lists and provide accurate information to transport coordinators.
• Maintain clear communication with the EMEA Operations department and local operational teams.
• Prepare, issue and distribute transport documentation for outbound shipments.
• Control shipments, ensure timely issuance and payment of carrier waybills, and process documentation according to quality procedures.
• Support Operations Team Leads on ad‑hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum two years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping or a comparable fast‑paced corporate function.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving attitude and high quality of work.
• Fluent English; French language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
