Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

The Maintenance Mechanic will work full‑time on‑site at our Rače facility, ensuring that production equipment and plant systems operate safely and reliably. You will be responsible for routine inspections, troubleshooting, and both corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical faults, execute corrective repairs, and restore equipment to optimal condition.
• Document all maintenance actions and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Follow company safety and quality standards throughout all maintenance work.

Required profile

• Vocational or technical education in mechanical, industrial or electrical fields (beneficial).
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with knowledge of safety standards and basic diagnostic tools (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Capacity to work independently and cooperate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
