Legal Counsel

About the role

Resalta, the leading independent decarbonisation‑as‑a‑service provider in Central and Eastern Europe, is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its Group operations across the region. Reporting to the Head of Legal, the role will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice on a wide range of transactions and projects, working closely with business units and the parent company Aggreko.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, service, framework, NDA, procurement, tender, construction, installation, O&M and financing documents.
• Provide legal support throughout the lifecycle of energy, infrastructure and energy‑efficiency projects, from tendering to execution and operation.
• Advise business development, project management, procurement, finance and operations teams on legal risks and contractual matters.
• Coordinate with local legal advisers in each jurisdiction to ensure compliance with local law.
• Collaborate with Aggreko’s legal and business teams on group‑level policies, contractual standards and cross‑border projects.

Required profile

• Approximately five years of relevant professional experience in commercial or corporate law.
• Experience handling multi‑jurisdictional contracts, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to work proactively across diverse cultural and business environments.

Required skills

• Expertise in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of contract law and regulatory frameworks applicable to energy and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
