Lead Operator – Production Line

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Operator to oversee the daily operation of our needle‑punch nonwoven textile production line in Škofja Loka. You will ensure smooth shift coordination, maintain product quality, and support a safe, clean working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, start, monitor and control the production line.
• Organise shift work, coordinate teams and ensure smooth handovers.
• Monitor product quality and address minor line disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the ERP system.
• Operate internal transport equipment, including forklift, and keep the work area clean.

Required profile

• Occupational education in electrical, mechanical or another technical field.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fluent Slovenian language.
• Valid driving licence.
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar production‑operator role.
• High accuracy, reliability, team orientation and quality focus.
