Junior Technical Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Junior Technical Solutions Engineer will act as the technical execution anchor, delivering seamless programmatic and traditional supply integrations. The role requires high‑ownership troubleshooting and deep analytical insights to optimise the supply ecosystem and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Architect technical best practices for programmatic and traditional supply integrations.
• Analyse data using internal and external tools to generate insights that optimise supply activity.
• Resolve case tickets from the Supply Solutions queue, providing thorough troubleshooting before escalation.
• Provide technical assistance to Account Managers and clients to ensure smooth integration processes.
• Build advisory relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality technical solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in delivering successful tech products.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with integrations (REST API, HTTP, JSON, OpenRTB, PostMan).
• Analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and fluent English communication.
