Italian-speaking Application Engineer

About the role

Dewesoft is seeking an Application Engineer who will act as the technical bridge between the company and its Italian customers. The role combines on‑site support, system configuration, and performance analysis to ensure our data‑acquisition solutions meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintain communication with Italian customers, requiring fluency in Italian.
• Travel to Italy regularly (approximately two weeks per month) to assist on‑site installations and troubleshooting.
• Plan, configure, and commission measurement systems for a variety of applications.
• Conduct detailed performance analysis and fault finding to optimise system reliability.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluency in Italian; Slovenian and/or English are highly desirable.
• Minimum of three years full‑time professional experience in a related field.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on‑site.
