Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

The Inside Sales Specialist supports Ingersoll Rand's Distribution Brands by driving sales initiatives, coordinating events, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors across Europe. This role works closely with product and sales management to ensure a smooth sales pipeline and effective customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Support new and existing sales initiatives for Distribution Brands.
• Coordinate sales conferences, meetings, training sessions, and factory visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and customers at all levels.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
• Provide sales support to Area Sales Managers, handling enquiries, special pricing, order management, and updates.
• Review machine sales by country and share reports with commercial leaders.
• Manage accounts receivable disputes.
• Conduct fortnightly review calls with distributors to resolve open enquiries.

Required profile

• Experience in a commercial role within industrial products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work flexibly, including travel across European sites.
• Dynamic, proactive, problem‑solving attitude with strong customer service focus.
