Head Waiter

About the role

As a Head Waiter you will lead the front‑of‑house team, ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive and knowledgeable service. Working closely with chefs, sommeliers and bar staff, you will embody the values of the Ana Roš Group and help create memorable dining experiences across our Hiša Franko and JAZ by Ana Roš locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive and knowledgeable service throughout each guest’s visit.
• Guide guests through the menu, wine list and dining concept with confidence.
• Maintain exceptional standards of service, presentation and hygiene.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and create memorable moments.
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a quality restaurant environment.
• Passion for food, wine and hospitality.
• Confidence, warmth and professionalism when interacting with guests.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
