Head of Growth

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast‑growing startup that turns strangers into friends through local meetups worldwide. We are looking for a Head of Growth to own and execute the growth strategy for our brands across multiple channels and markets. The role balances hands‑on execution with strategic planning, working closely with the founders and leading an in‑house marketing team as well as external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid acquisition on Meta, TikTok, Google and test new channels.
• Lead a team of media buyers, creatives, designers and AI producers to deliver campaigns that meet ROAS, CAC and LTV targets.
• Scale paid spend to $1M+/month profitably.
• Develop and iterate creative strategies, landing pages, funnels and pricing experiments.
• Build and manage influencer, UGC and creator programs, translating trends into conversion‑focused hooks.
• Oversee email/lifecycle marketing, SEO and other long‑term acquisition channels.
• Design, run and analyse experiments across the funnel, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to improve activation, conversion and churn metrics.
• Lead and grow the internal marketing team, manage agencies and report insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and scaling growth systems for consumer‑facing brands.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to balance intuition and analytics.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication in English; on‑site work in Ljubljana required.
