Global SIOP Specialist – Drive Business Planning

About the role

As a Global SIOP Specialist you will own the SIOP cycle for a product line, bringing together sales, demand, supply, inventory and finance to create transparent, aligned business plans and drive better decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global SIOP cycle, preparing and facilitating pre‑SIOP and monthly Executive Decision‑Making Meetings and ensuring actions are captured and followed through.
• Oversee medium‑ and long‑term planning, integrating demand, supply, inventory and financial perspectives.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards and planning performance, providing insights, analytics and highlighting risks, gaps and opportunities.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and improvement actions to resolve delivery, inventory and supply‑chain issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve the SIOP process, support new product launches and phase‑outs, and contribute to planning tools and system enhancements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of supply‑chain experience, ideally across SIOP, S&OP, IBP, demand or inventory planning.
• Strong global leadership or stakeholder‑management experience, with at least 2 years leading people, processes or global initiatives.
• In‑depth understanding of demand and supply planning and their relationship to sales, capacity and business priorities.
• Good understanding of financial planning, product lifecycles, new product launches and phase‑outs.
• Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills, fluent English.
