Associate Expert Drug Supply

About the role

Novartis is launching a new clinical manufacturing facility in the Biocampus of Mengeš, Slovenia. The Associate Expert Drug Supply will join the Manufacturing Operations team to support the production of innovative biological medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the production process of biological active substances, including solution preparation, bioreactor operation and chromatography.
• Perform in‑process analytics and document all GxP activities according to internal procedures.
• Complete GxP documentation such as logs, forms, production reports and review source data.
• Identify, report and help resolve deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• High‑school education.
• Fluent Slovenian and technical English.
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately.

Required skills

• Operation of bioreactors.
• Use of chromatography systems for active substance isolation.
• In‑process analytics.
• GxP documentation and compliance.
