Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

Soniox is building the future of real‑time voice understanding and needs a product‑focused fullstack engineer to turn cutting‑edge AI into practical tools. You will work closely with users, researchers and the engineering team to deliver high‑impact features for millions of developers and professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of new product features, from concept through launch.
• Engage with users to gather feedback and translate needs into fast, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to test and integrate the latest model capabilities.
• Build and maintain frontend and backend systems using modern web technologies.
• Continuously improve performance, reliability and user experience as the platform scales globally.
• Contribute to product direction and roadmap as the user base grows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building user‑facing software products in fast‑moving environments.
• Comfortable working across the stack – both frontend and backend.
• Enjoy solving real customer problems and iterating quickly based on feedback.
• Thrives with autonomy and ownership in an early‑stage product setting.
• Curious about AI/ML and motivated to build with emerging technologies.
• Can navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively and deliver results under evolving requirements.
