EAD LCL Customer Experience Agent

About the role

Maersk is looking for an East Adriatic (EAD) Less than Container Load (LCL) Customer Experience Agent to join its Customer Experience team. The agent manages LCL import and export operations, from booking to delivery, in line with company procedures. The position is based in Ljubljana or Koper (Slovenia) and is a fixed-term contract with a possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise bookings, give quotations on LCL import and export, handle entries and complete the Bill of Lading and other sea freight documents
• Supervise carrier booking transactions and follow up on billing
• Maintain relationships with Maersk offices at destination and origin, customers and vendors
• Assist in resolving customer queries and issues, in Slovenian and English
• Data processing and reporting

Required profile

• Experience managing import/export operations is a plus
• Good spoken and written English and Slovenian
• Good communication skills, detail orientation and hands-on approach
• Issue resolution abilities, open to learning and accountable

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office
