Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

ASONIC is looking for a creative, proactive and ambitious Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join its small, goal‑oriented team in Ljubljana. You will work hands‑on across the full marketing process, from idea generation to content production, publishing and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop ASONIC’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and execute online marketing campaigns and support product launches.
• Identify, contact and coordinate influencers and content creators.
• Plan, organise and oversee product videos, demonstrations and promotional content.
• Coordinate video and photo production for ultrasonic cleaning equipment and professional detergents.
• Prepare localized content for different European markets and work with distributors on local marketing activities.
• Help improve the company’s websites, webshops and online product presentation.
• Monitor campaign results, test new ideas and formats, and analyse what drives interest and sales.

Required profile

• Creative, independent, organised and goal‑oriented.
• Curious and eager to learn, taking responsibility for ideas from concept to results.
• Good command of English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience with social media, digital marketing, content creation, video production, influencers or e‑commerce is advantageous.
