Digital advertising specialist

About the role

Red Orbit is searching for a digital advertising specialist to join its team and help clients achieve top performance in their digital presence by developing advertising strategies. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and driven to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Perform daily account management and optimisation of PPC campaigns.
• Conduct keyword, market and competition research, write ad copy, recommend landing‑page improvements, and optimise bids and quality scores.
• Monitor, evaluate, and present campaign performance through weekly and monthly reports.

Required profile

• Flexibility, accuracy, self‑initiative, desire to learn and focus on results.
• Advanced knowledge of major digital advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads); bonus knowledge of TikTok, X, Snapchat and Quora ads.
• Understanding of Google Analytics 4.
• General knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as consumer decision journey and buying funnels.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for PPC tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal collaboration.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and negotiate effectively.
• Advanced English proficiency.
