Customer Support Representative – Slovenian (Sofia, Bulgaria)

About the role

We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused professionals who speak Slovenian fluently to join our Customer Support Services team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves providing high‑quality assistance to Slovenian‑speaking clients through phone, email and live‑chat, within a multicultural, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and courteous support to Slovenian‑speaking customers via telephone, email and live chat.
• Handle enquiries, complaints and service requests, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM and ticketing system.
• Collaborate with technical support, billing and escalation teams to resolve complex issues.
• Identify trends, provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as satisfaction scores, response times and resolution rates.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product knowledge and processes.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Slovenian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport for relocation and employment eligibility.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and ticketing platforms (specific tools not required).
