Commercial Manager – Civil Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities for major civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges and other infrastructure. You will oversee the full commercial cycle, from tender analysis to contract signing, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial processes for civil engineering projects, from tender review to contract award.
• Monitor public tenders and identify new B2B opportunities.
• Coordinate applications for public procurement procedures and major infrastructure tenders.
• Prepare offers, calculations and contractual documentation in collaboration with estimating, procurement, technical and operational teams.
• Lead negotiations with clients, partners and subcontractors.
• Support continuous improvement of commercial processes and internal cooperation.

Required profile

• Level VI degree (preferably civil engineering or a related field).
• Several years of commercial experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience with public procurement, tenders and complex offer preparation.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
