Business Process Consultant (Remote)

About the role

As a Business Process Consultant you will work directly with clients to map and document business processes that support application modernization initiatives. You will help translate legacy and mainframe‑class system operations into modern cloud‑based architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to map business processes related to application modernization projects.
• Apply systems engineering principles to analyze and document complex workflows.
• Deliver project‑based, client‑facing consulting engagements.
• Lead requirements‑gathering sessions to produce accurate, actionable process documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business process mapping.
• Strong background in systems engineering.
• Consulting or professional services experience with client‑facing delivery.
• Experience modernizing legacy or mainframe‑class systems into cloud platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: familiarity with mainframe or COBOL environments.
