Business Development Representative

About the role

FlowX.AI is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across Slovenia and the surrounding region. You will work closely with sales and marketing to connect with potential clients, understand their challenges, and position our AI platform as a solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations.
• Qualify leads by understanding business challenges, priorities, and fit with our solution.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in the CRM to ensure a predictable, high‑quality sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a BDR/SDR, preferably in B2B software or tech.
• Native Slovenian (or Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian) with excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong client‑facing experience and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, flexible environments with changing strategy.
• Excellent organizational instincts to manage multiple leads across time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
• Quickly learn new systems and find information independently.
