Business Development & Commercial Operations Specialist – Pharmaceuticals

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development & Commercial Operations Specialist to drive growth of our pharmaceutical portfolio. The role blends business development activities with the coordination of commercial projects, supporting new licensing, distribution and supply opportunities across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new pharmaceutical licensing, distribution and supply prospects.
• Conduct partner outreach, introduce our product range and explore mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, commercial offers and supporting documentation.
• Maintain the business development pipeline and CRM system.
• Coordinate ongoing commercial projects with clients, suppliers and third‑party vendors.
• Track quotations, agreements, timelines and internal communications.
• Assist with product sourcing, procurement, contract preparation and order hand‑overs.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in pharma, business development, commercial operations or project coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, independent work style.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Degree in pharmacy, chemistry, life sciences, business, economics or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
