Business Development Associate

About the role

BOX NOW Slovenia builds a network of parcel lockers and offers 24/7 parcel delivery, connecting users and businesses in last-mile e-commerce. As a Business Development Associate, you will support the company's growth by finding new business opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing partners and contributing to strategic initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role in Ljubljana.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential and existing partners
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and prepare proposals
• Assist in negotiating and closing commercial agreements
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations and marketing)
• Track performance metrics and help improve partner onboarding and parcel locker utilization processes

Required profile

• Relevant education in business, economics, logistics or a related field
• Fluency in Slovenian and good command of written and spoken English
• Interest in logistics, e-commerce and technology-driven delivery solutions
• Ability to work on-site in Ljubljana
• Prior experience in B2B or e-commerce environments is a plus

Required skills

• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building and negotiation
• Analytical and research skills for market analysis, performance tracking and business reporting
• Communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; CRM experience is an advantage
