Key Account Sales Manager

About the role

ETI develops and manufactures solutions for the protection of electrical installations and works with customers across different markets and industries. It is looking for a Key Account Manager to join its sales team, managing customer relationships, developing business opportunities and helping achieve sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable standards
• Secure customer orders and coordinate their successful fulfilment
• Identify and acquire new customers in target markets
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
• Monitor sales performance and progress towards agreed targets
• Support the resolution of overdue customer payments
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate their effective resolution

Required profile

• At least a Slovenian VI/2-level higher education qualification, preferably in electrical engineering or in economics with a good understanding of technical products
• Previous experience in sales processes
• Proactive, commercially minded, customer-focused and able to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to travel for business
• Valid category B driving licence

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Good written and spoken English
