BPM Consultant – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a BPM Consultant and help clients modernize legacy and mainframe applications. You will use Business Process Management methodology to map and redesign processes before they are re‑architected for cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Apply BPM methodology to map business processes related to application modernization initiatives.
• Analyze and document technical and business workflows using systems‑engineering principles.
• Deliver project‑based, client‑facing BPM consulting engagements.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions with structured BPM techniques.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in BPM or business process mapping.
• Strong background in systems engineering.
• Consulting or professional‑services experience with project‑based, client‑facing delivery.
• Experience modernizing legacy or mainframe‑class systems into cloud platforms (Java, Go.NET).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: familiarity with mainframe or COBOL environments.
