Associate Expert Drug Supply – Clinical Manufacturing

About the role

We are establishing a state‑of‑the‑art clinical manufacturing site in Mengeš, Slovenia, and are looking for an Associate Expert Drug Supply to join our Material & Sample Management team. The role supports clinical production by ensuring reliable, traceable and GxP‑compliant handling of all materials and samples.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, label, store, prepare, distribute and ship samples and materials used in clinical manufacturing.
• Maintain complete documentation and traceability records in line with internal procedures and GxP requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth material flow.
• Operate according to quality, ethics, safety, health, environmental and information‑security standards.

Required profile

• Passionate and skilled specialist in material and sample management.
• Familiarity with GxP environments and data‑integrity principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated setting.
