Analyst, Revenue Planning and Performance Analytics

About the role

As an Analyst in Revenue Planning and Performance Analytics, you will act as the primary auditor of commercial outcomes for a leading sports technology company. You will move beyond simple reporting to uncover the drivers behind revenue trends and translate those insights into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive revenue performance analysis to identify specific drivers such as usage, churn, pricing and market dynamics.
• Pressure‑test revenue forecasts by interrogating inputs to the global P&L and ensuring they are rooted in actionable drivers.
• Refine commercial logic by dismantling broken assumptions and rebuilding robust frameworks.
• Synthesize complex technical and commercial data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Perform deep‑dives (driver autopsies) into revenue beats or misses to separate one‑off events from structural trends.
• Guide commercial teams through forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure logical and sound submissions.
• Develop business models for pricing elasticity, market entry costs and other complex topics.
• Build automated revenue reporting solutions using advanced analytical tools on top of data‑warehouse and billing datasets.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary finance, analytics or consulting role.
• Proficiency in commercial finance or commercial analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Strong accountability mindset with a focus on delivering results.
