Territory Manager - Ethicon (MedTech Sales)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Territory Manager for Ethicon in Slovenia. This is a senior, individual-contributor role within the Clinical Sales - Surgeons area, supporting executive leaders and helping guide other team members toward accurate, timely and high-quality results. The position is based in Ljubljana.

Key responsibilities

• Guide others and support executive leaders in the Clinical Sales - Surgeons area, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality of deliverables.
• Help develop implementation plans, activities and next steps for closing key opportunities in the Clinical Sales - Surgeons area.
• Facilitate regular biweekly opportunity and pipeline reviews with leadership, using a consistent methodology focused on next actions.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and clinical presentations for networking events, conferences and outside symposia.
• Assist with selling products to surgeons and other operating room professionals.
• Maintain knowledge of products, best practices and technical troubleshooting to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Support sales training for CRM and other commercial enablement tools.
• Review consumer analytics and market trends to develop data-driven strategies for growth and customer retention.
• Document and maintain customer account information and set up reporting to monitor the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and project management, along with documented sales achievement.
• Broad product and procedural knowledge, clinical and procedural excellence, and new product introduction experience.
• High standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion and independent judgment.
