SIOP Process Excellence Specialist

About the role

Danfoss Hydronics, a global leader in energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions, is looking for a Specialist, SIOP Process Excellence. Rather than handling day-to-day planning, the role focuses on improving SIOP initiatives, supporting product lifecycle management and strengthening supply chain governance so that customers receive the products they need. It works closely with planning, operations, product management and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen delivery performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain excellence and transformation initiatives
• Build visibility, governance and consistency in SIOP execution across the Hydronics organization
• Support the continuous development and maturation of SIOP processes, capabilities and ways of working
• Facilitate product lifecycle management while supporting governance, accuracy and continuous improvement of supply chain master data and SAP-related planning processes

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, operational planning or related supply chain functions
• Ability to spot improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to raise operational performance
• Strong analytical skills, turning data and insights into clear recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with professional English

Required skills

• ERP systems such as SAP for planning, inventory, purchasing or production planning
• Planning tools such as SAP/IBP or similar (advantage)
• Preferred: product lifecycle management, master data governance, Power BI and continuous improvement methodologies
