Regional Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Regional Marketing Coordinator to drive EMEA‑wide campaigns for Transoft Solutions. The role blends hands‑on execution with market insight, supporting lead generation and regional growth across digital, events and partner channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute regional email, nurture, newsletter and social media campaigns in partnership with marketing, business unit and sales teams.
• Maintain and update regional website content, including landing pages, blogs, event information and translations.
• Support planning, delivery and follow‑up of webinars, exhibitions, trade shows and product conferences.
• Assist translation and localization of marketing assets, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
• Work with the Channel Partner team to provide assets and guidance to resellers and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing coordination experience in a global or multi‑regional environment.
• Interest in AI and emerging marketing technology.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
