About the role

MeetMinded is a fast-growing Slovenian startup that helps turn strangers into friends through local meetups in cities across the US, UK, Canada and beyond. Key responsibilities

• Run and synthesize user research and data analysis, then turn insights into product decisions
• Work closely with engineering, design and marketing to ship working features
• Define and track the KPIs that matter and act on them
• Drive discovery, validation and experimentation across the product lifecycle

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Track record showing real product thinking, not just feature lists
• Experience shipping products for both mobile and web
• Fluent English and willingness to work from the Ljubljana office
• Self-starter who takes feedback well and iterates quickly

Required skills

• Strong command of product tools such as Jira, Linear and Notion, and analytics platforms
• Solid grasp of product discovery, prioritization frameworks and data-driven decision making
• An AI-first approach

What we offer

• A chance to shape products used around the world in a fast-growing company
• Real ownership and the opportunity to grow into a higher role
• A small, sharp team that moves fast
• Direct impact on real numbers and real users, room to experiment
