Lead Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

MeetMinded is looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to own the product end‑to‑end, from architecture to delivery. You will shape the core systems that power a fast‑growing meetup platform serving thousands of users across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale core backend services for 100k+ users, including custom CRM, matching logic, and localization infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain clean deployment pipelines, staging environments, and CI/CD processes.
• Create and optimise marketing funnels, landing pages, checkout flows, and analytics pipelines.
• Build internal dashboards and tools for operations, capacity planning, and venue management.
• Develop mobile app features such as chat, referrals, notifications, gamification, and subscription flows.
• Design and implement AI agents to automate support, operations, matchmaking, churn analysis, and venue sourcing.
• Document systems, automate processes, and ensure scalable foundations for rapid growth.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant full‑stack engineering experience.
• Strong instinct for product decisions, data‑driven thinking, and rapid iteration.
• Comfortable working onsite in Ljubljana within an international, English‑speaking team.
