About the role
Lindström is looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Specialist to join its Central Europe team and support operations across Slovenia and Croatia. The role shapes the employee experience across two countries, working closely with managers and employees to build a workplace where people can grow, belong and shine.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Ensure local compliance with employment legislation and alignment with global HR policies and governance
- Maintain accurate HR data, employee records and HR systems
- Support business leaders on people, culture and organisational topics
- Take part in recruitment, onboarding and talent development activities
Required profile
- Previous experience in an HR Generalist role
- Previous experience managing relationships with external payroll and HR administrative providers
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (a must) and fluency in Croatian
Required skills
- Experience using HR systems
- Microsoft Office tools
