HR Business Partner (d/f/m) – Ljubljana

About the role

Sandoz is looking for a P&O Business Partner in its Human Resources department, based in Ljubljana. The role enables business performance by driving and executing people and organisation plans for one or more business units at country or site level. It is a permanent contract with a 6-month probation period and about 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Talent agenda: workforce planning, talent management programmes, talent reviews and succession planning, leadership and talent development
• Performance management: support annual performance processes and help build high-performing teams
• Talent acquisition: employer branding (local EVP) and onboarding
• Rewards: year-end process, global mobility, compensation, job evaluation and local benefits
• Position changes, promotions and exits, and organisational change
• Local culture and DEI initiatives, speak-up and advice on in-country HR policies
• Personal and professional development, and oversight of HSE tasks and requirements in the unit

Required profile

• Higher education degree
• Fluent English
• At least 3 years of experience in HR

• Annual gross salary of EUR 43,360 - 65,040, depending on level, qualifications and experience
