Creative Strategist - Meta Ads

About the role

MeetMinded runs local meetups in major cities across the US, UK, Canada and beyond, and is looking for a Creative Strategist to turn customer insights, market research and performance data into winning Meta ad concepts. You will own the creative strategy behind Meta campaigns, from researching competitors and finding winning angles to writing creative briefs, analysing performance and testing new ideas with the growth team. The team is international, English is the main language, and the company is still growing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs for video editors and creative producers
• Research competitors, trends and winning ads to find new creative opportunities
• Create fresh hooks, angles, messaging and concepts
• Analyse ad performance and use insights to improve future creatives
• Work closely with the growth marketing team to test and scale winning concepts

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Creative Strategist or in a similar performance marketing role
• Proven experience creating creative briefs for Meta ads
• Strong understanding of direct response and performance marketing
• Excellent written English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce or consumer apps
• Experience collaborating with video editors and UGC creators
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative research or ideation
