About the role

The Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Administrator leads all clinical, administrative, and business functions of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards while driving growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations meet local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Oversee clinical, administrative, and business office activities, including budgeting, billing, and collections.
• Develop and execute physician recruitment and marketing programs to increase case volume.
• Manage the center’s P&L, financial controls, and reporting.
• Create and implement short‑ and long‑term strategic plans for clinical, financial, and operational performance.
• Lead staff motivation, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Maintain strong relationships with governing boards, medical staff, partners, and patients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare or medical facility administration.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with physicians and partners.
• Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational metrics.
